Rules for 2017 Banner Contest

Banner guidelines:

Banners may not be “commercially produced”: i.e. not principally created by the use of digitally reproduced images produced by a commercial sign store.  Photographs or digital images may be used in the creation of the banners; however the banners should demonstrate an overall handmade feel.

Banners must not exceed 8 ft. X 5 ft. in size.

Banners must incorporate aspects of the Inns selected movie and the Oscar’s, which is the theme of this year’s Justice Games.

Banners may be hung (with the assistance of the host committee) or displayed on stands (provided by the participating Inn).  Display space for the banners will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. The Floridan ballroom will be open for banner installation at noon on the day of the Games, May 11th.

Banner’s will be evaluated by a panel of 2 judges who will evaluate the following on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the highest: 1. Overall Appearance 2. Creativity/Originality 3. Meets Theme of Justice Games 4.  Incorporates Inns Movie Selection.
